The moment I looked at this map, I thought, "Something's not quite right about it". And then I noticed, it's the trees. Random tree placement is great, it really helps make a map look more natural and interesting, but doing a small amount of it and then copy/pasting it around the rest of the map just completely ruins the effect. It's the first thing you notice about the map and really spoils it in my eyes. 

Also, as Alucus said there are way too many tree types. It's a bit unrealistic.

Wow dude, I love your maps, and the tree placement does look very nice and natural, but you might want to calm it down with the types of trees.
There are just way to many types of trees. in reality you wouldnt find this many species of tree growing mixed into each other like this, personally
I only ever use 3 maybe 4 tree types. 2 big ones with 2 different colour variations and 2 small ones. It looks a lot more natural and realistic that
way. As you have it things kinda look messy, almost like white noise.

Other than that though I have no real complaints. the buildings look nice but again try not to use to many different types of house/building in one
map otherwise you end up with the same problem as with the trees.
