Because anyone should be able to wear a skirt if they want to.

I know that most focus about gender equality looks at women as victims, but we can't forget about the men either. A girl or woman can wear trousers every day of her life and nobody bats an eye, but in most places in modern society, if a boy or a man were to wear a skirt, he'd be ridiculed.
I hope that at some point in my lifetime, I can see man skirts being sold widely in stores and boys and men wearing skirts in daily life without worrying about being negatively judged.
It's a small thing, and there are probably people who think I'm just being stupid, but I still think it would be a nice little bit of extra freedom for the guys.

Also, I can't be the only girl who enjoys the look of a skirt, kilt or sarong on a guy. >U>
