I have to thank "War Thunder" for this Tank, it is said to be a Type 1 Ho-Ni Prototype. Made by the Imperal Japanese Army.No Stats nor Info exists on it sadly, but I think War Thunder has got it wrong. (No offense)
It looks more like a Type 2 Ku-Se than a Type 1 Ho-Ni.
As Type Ho-Ni has more of a Curved Turret Hull than a Box Shaped one.
