So yeah, it's been unveiled during the NY Anime Fest this past weekend, along with some info @ 's current Journal along with an exclusive interview at Street Fighter Devotion .Yep. next year.
I'm anticipating and partially intimidated by this project.

Hey, very nice.
I enjoy your work, and check it out when I get a chance, but the one crit. with an ensemble piece like this is to keep an eye out for unintended contact between characters. (I'm not sure if anyone else has caught this so...) M.Bison on Zangief I understand is an innocent coincidence, but obviously due to their relative scale etc... it can be misinterpreted as something else.
Other than that, good work, and congratz!

How far down do you scale down your images to get your lines so thin? and do you ink these or is it just solid penicls?

Oh i scan everything @ 300 DPI, 150% of the actual size. Mainly due to the fact that I prefer colouring it @ a larger scale from how it's drawn.

I usually do the same. I just notice your lines are retarded thin, and though I do like my typically thicker lines, I figure I need to start thining them out for the Christmas presents I'm working on. I figure the Power Rangers I'm drawing for one of my cousins would look better with thinner lines, and I figured you just scaled your original drawing down a bit in dimensions at a high res.

Dude, Street Fighter II will NEVER be not awesome. It is one of the most immortal games in existence.
What's really cool about this image is that it's wide enough to be used as a wallpaper on my monitor. I have a widescreen monitor, so most wallpapers don't look very well on my desktop. However, this image is perfect for people who use a 1440x900 aspect ratio. Even though it crops it a little, it still looks great!
