Description WizWorldCon Marker Bust Sample of Bluto

Did this up today as I chilled @ the table w/ , and

Drew up Akuma base.
Didn't wanna draw Akuma.
Asked Royce what I could draw instead using the base.

Here's the result.
More to come I reckon.

I always disliked him when I was a kid. Then again, I never thought much of Popeye either.

Whoa Cool. I actually live in the town where Popeye's creator lived (Chester). Many of the characters in Popeye were based off people he knew from town.
