I haven’t been painting very much lately, but this is my most recent finished work. I said awhile ago that I’m coming back out of my cave, but the moment I decided to poke my head out, a fun new health problem came out of nowhere and whacked me over the head, so I’ve been pretty focused on dealing with that for the past two months. Thankfully I'm doing a lot better, both physically and mentally. Anyway, this painting is named after a song that I heard one night when I was feeling really discouraged about everything, and it gave me my hope back (and it still is very special to me). I finished this painting a few days later and I couldn't think of a better title, especially since this is a painting that I'll get to see every day and I like having it as a reminder.
