Well, he isn't a DCUO character. I never made him in-game. He was supposed to have been brawling/electricity, but they decided to hgold electricity back for whatever reason. For now, he's a part of the Peacekeeper Universe community.

Cyphon isn't in any game right now. The Peacekeepers are a character-development/RP community on top of playing CoH and DCUO.

almost the same concept. he can manipulate stuff. but his aura is lightning. doesnt have the lantern on his chest. but i cant complain. still an overall good concept.

Not really similar in concept at all, as Cyphon has powers comparable to Captain Marvel or Black Adam whereas Green Lanterns use willpower to control light blasts and create constructs.
He isn't supposed to have an aura so much as random bits of green-hued electricity flowing over his frame. He only looks like he has an aura because I placed him on a dark background from which I wanted him to stand out.
Anyhow... whatever. No biggie.

Just thought of something, is the chest emblem itself supposed to be shiny metallic like, or cloth/spandex? Something I've wondered before when I tried maniping some stuff for him.

Metallic. The resy of his uniform, minus the bracers, is similar to a thick spadex-like material.

I really love this bio sheet. Are you going to do one for "The Hornet"? I think you should do some of them for The Others. Did you do this on your own?
