Imagine saying to the pony who raised you. If Sludge was Spike's real father, maybe this would've had some merit.

These 2 have a great sense of bonding and cooperation and bring out the best in each other.
Hated Spike Ship: Rarity
I don't hate it but after Dragon Dropped. Yeah, It kinda destroyed the subversion of what made Sparity interesting.
