Sooooo, as said I'll make the stages of the Turbo Boosts, these aren't transformations, these are just the regular turbo form but in different stages of power

1ST stage (25%- Warming up) In this stage, the user is now preparing to fight his opponent, he isn't going all out as yet, but in this stage he's either:
1) Testing their strength
2) Getting ready
3) Not ready to go all out
The appearance for this are:

Not much electricity
Lightish dark blue hair color
1 Ball in the middle of the band
This is something Nuel uses alot, since he doesn't intentionally want to kill his opponent

2ND stage (50%- Getting a little serious) In this stage, the user is actually taking the fight a bit seriously and is fighting with skill, but is still holding back alot of power.
The appearance for this stage are:

A little more electricity
A slightly dark hair color
hair slightly stands up
2 balls on the bands
A Blue/Purple mark around the eye: This gives the user a much better vision of the opponents actions and movement
A little glow of the aura

3RD Stage (75%-Taking it seriously) In this stage, the user is going the max amount they can go to (Side note: Nuel is always on this stage of power, that's why in most of my drawings of the New Turbo you'll see the same marks around his eyes) In DBS terms, he can go toe to toe with super saiyan 3 Goku if Goku knew how to control his Ki
The appearance for this are:

Slightly dark and more electricity
A darker hair color
The hair stands up high from the electricity
A slighty larger aura around the user: A Type of shield that can be used, but it doesn't affect opponents who are stronger than the user
3 balls on the band
The Eye marks turns more info a flame: Use for efficient eye sight, catching the opponents speed and predictions much easier

(Small disclaimer: This Stage will not he used in most animations or drawings for a while, but it will appear eventually)

4TH stage (100%-Enrage mode) In this stage, the user is completely out of control if this stage is not controlled and used properly, even when trained its still possible to lose control due to the pressure of the negative energy you're rapidly putting in your body (Recall, The turbo form is made of pure negative energy) When placing to much negative energy, your Turbo state will enter a mindset call [StressCold/UncontrollableBreakdown mode) This will lead to your Turbo form to lose it mind and destroy or even kill anything in its path. only way to break out of it is:
1) Transforming into glitch turbo or Ultra
2) Thinking of a love one
3) Tire yourself out
4) Be knocked out of the form completely
The appearance for this are:

Darker hair
The hair standing up straight from the amount of Dark negative energy
The aura flaming with power
2 Balls in the sides and a diamond in the middle: The star is a representation that the user is close to transforming into DarkTurbo
Two side marks on the face
The eye marks turn to flames on energy, similar to the aura
The electricity turning to pure Electric Strikes:
If weak: You'll either instantly knock out of die from the 200 volts that goes straight around/ Through their body
If strong: Gives the opponent an immediate shock, numbing the persons body for a short time
if stronger: Doesn't affect from but will do some damage on them physically
