This is so cool! What are u trying to do for the top? It looks awesome already If you want it creepier, I guess you could add flesh or blood or bone where the hair and brain connects, instead of brain right away to make it looked more ripped off or violent?
You could also add more flesh to the fore head, the forehead could be a little forward and not be as slanted, but thats a little thing, this is really awesome!
