I cannot stop thinking about the concept of Weather being a Naga (Half Human, Half Snake), and there is a lack of fanart of Naga! Weather Report, so why not shall I be the first to make it, So, boom! Weather report as a Naga...He is bioluminescent like a Scarlet Kingsnake, and it only glows on the Ws on him, and yes, he does have fangs, he doesn't show them unless if he is provoked. Aww look, he made a little friend! It's a snail, he seems calm and content about this slimy little fella.
