This base requires use of a program that can appropriately use PSD files such as Photoshop or FireAlpaca. It is not designed to be Paint friendly.

RULES:

2. You MAY use this base for adoptables and commissions as well as personal use.
3. You MAY NOT sell or distribute this base as is.
4. You MAY NOT use this base to promote hateful ideology such as, but not limited to: racism, homophobia, or transphobia.
