Okay. Funny story on this one, um... so, in the comics, we never see Blues's eyes, but we know he has them because when he becomes Breakman and his face is covered, a colorless eye sometimes appears to convey emotion. Very clever of them... but I wanted to see what he looked like with eyes, and he's dreamy, so... extra space was used for chibi facial expression practice. :3Don't forget to be creative!
