Description
I was asked to make some cupcakes for a friend's summer party, and I decided to go with a sea creature theme. Octopus, crab, starfish, and tropical fish. I wanted to use bright colors, both cool and warm to represent the hot sun and cool water. All of these guys were made using buttercream frosting with #8 tip for bodies and #3 tip for appendages and eyes.

I finally broke down and bought that cupcake stand I've been wanting for soooo long. I love it!! After I had all the cupcakes on there it reminded me of an ocean Christmas tree...
