Description
This idea was certainly one that I found interesting and its based on Robo Koopa (or at least the one design I made last year) but starring Wart if DiC actually kept him in the show instead of Bowser Koopa. Though it may not look much like Wart at the moment, there's still come inking the lines then the coloring to follow, so who knows at the moment...This is still being worked on at the moment...
