Tryffani is a three-eyed girl from an alien planet, and she's found herself on Earth more-or-less by accident. While here, she plans to take this opportunity to learn about our world's culture and customs... as best as she can, anyway. Also, as for why her stomach is expanding? Apparently Earth's gravity is lighter than on her planet, and this is a result of that. Beats me.
