This account may not be entirely accurate, Sai is in fact a eight foot long at best cobra-like snake who may or may not have hypnotised that man to boost his own ego. If you got to know him, and few ever do, you could describe Sai as being playful, a bit of a prankster and someone who wears their heart on their sleeve. Overall he's a nice guy, but can get a bit overbearing at times, holding little respect of other's personal space.

He find great pleasure in placing others into trances using his hypnotic abilities, not for any nefarious purposes or to control them, but just to see the look on their faces as their will slowly crumbles and their expressions show nothing but bliss. This ability is enhanced through his unique hood, which reflects how he is feeling at any given time. Yellow is happy, Blue is sad, Red is angry and pulsating rings means someone's getting veeerrrry sleepy somewhere >;3

So this is my first ever 100% original character that's not a Pokemon or anything like that, and I'm honestly pretty happy with how he turned out! I definitely plan on doing more with him in the future, and I guess I'll see if you guys like him as well!
