Biography: Growing up with her fraternal twin in a respectable family, her brother and she were loved by their mother and father for their polite mannerisms and good work ethic. However, as they reached middle school, Kaoru's parents started putting pressure on her to do as well as her genius twin, and so she just stopped trying altogether after years of badgering and punishment. Their parents have given up, as they have realised that anything they say now will not get through. Kaoru barely talks to her parents, as they are also always working, and usually communicate through verbal messages from her brother.

Despite their differences and her brother's emotional detachment to everything, the siblings get along well and care a lot for each other.

History: With her brother being a hardcore gamer, she was first introduced to the game through him. Kaoru was delivering his dinner one day while he was playing the game, and was initially interested due to the design of the rabbit mascot. Unsure of how to play, she got Kaede to explain and decided it was a great game to pass time with her brother and meet new people.
Upon hearing about the meet and greet session, Kaoru eagerly dragged her brother along, making sure they both have their gamer tags and mascot rabbits.
