Description
Mordecai Heller would've been a poster boy for Leopoldian era Baycrest (around the early 1870s to early 1920s). Being refined, spotless, and well-dressed was the criteria here; regardless if he was an impoverished boy in the past.
But King Leopold wouldn’t stop at just that. He wanted the “perfect men” to be unconditionally obedient, and yet also be heartless. All in order to make sure people wipe each other out. This happens to also describes this tuxedo cat: he’s a hitman. But why these ironically imperfect descriptions?
After all, is perfection not good enough for the King? Does he want people to fight each other in the hopes people forgot the puppetmaster behind this? Why would he have such disregard for the people he ruled over?
