Description
I thought that without the prolonged Napoleonic Wars of OTL, the breakup of the Ottoman Empire could have beend slowed down und thus the Balkans would only go through one Balkan War before the outbreak of World War I.

The Ottoman Empire could thereby also survive longer at the end of World War I., since it also became - as part of the Entente with France - part of the winning faction of the war, and therefor not be stripped of as large parts of it's territory as in OTL. The Turkish Federal Republic ist thereby in this ATL much larger, still controlling a large part of the Arabs, but in a much less centralized fashion than OTL Turkey.
