If you haven't ever been to Lake Tekapo located on the South Island of New Zealand, then add it to your bucket list of locations!! Its stunning. The colour of the water is so incredibly aqua words cannot describe.

I was lucky enough to get there thanks to my amazing mates who kidnapped me for a surprise birthday 40th present last year - As they say, Best trip ever (add a homer addition to that statement..so far!). Sir Timothy Poulton was the mastermind and along came my life long bruv Darren (squashed onto squares) and Dex!!. We covered as much of the Tekapo area as we could in 4 days and then some.

Captured this shot the first evening we got there. It was on the shore of Lake Tekapo near the famous Church of God as the sun decided to head to bed. Twas the start of one hell of a journey.
