Description
Another older ref I never updated but it gets the job done I think so it doesn't need to be remade! Formerly known as 'Tego' but I've come up with a more nature bound name that works better for him.
If you cant tell he is meant to be a mix of turtle (with the shell serving as the mermaid tail) Axolotl (frills on side of head) sea monster and lion
