(not trying to be rude or mean...just giving suggestions)
Have you thought of:
Having jump back or get knocked back when he is hurt.
Power-ups.
Double jump.
Different/more enemies.
Hearts that give him more health.
Coins for bonus points. (or maybe not coins, maybe something that ties in with homestuck like his clockwork sign or something else?)

There wont be a doubler jump. hearts will be added. But its a lot of coding.
Coins.. im not sure if i will add some. For now.
Im already trying to find a problem for the knock back, but i still havent found the right way to code it. its actually pretty hard. he keeps running through the enemies

It's really coming together and getting better...I like how you made it look like they are hurt when they get hit...its really nifty ^.^I can't wait to see how the final looks like when its all done and ready

I dunno....It's really cool though, even as it is. I could never do something like this...I'm not that good with computer stuff, plus I don't have much of an active imagination.
