AAAAAAAAAND it's official ladies and gentlemen: the design for Protoman MKII is DONE! Now, good-old Protoman (or Blues to you Rockman fans) is ready to rumble with the likes of Sigma and all those other baddies his little brother X has to deal with. BOOYAKA!

Likes: The design, first of all. I studied several sources for ideas, such as Zero's original design, the design for Gate in his golden battle armor, ProtoMan.EXE, MegaMan.EXE in various style changes and Soul Unisons, and of course, the original Protoman and his little bro X themselves. The color scheme just seemed to come to me naturally, and I feel the white and blues go together well with the color of his armor. (Red, for those of use who aren't upt to speed.) Really, I'm just very pleased with how his design came out overall, especially considering this was the first time I was able to mimick the official style Capcom uses in X5 and X6 with any sort of success. And I'm also pleased with the shading and the highlights. I tried to mimick Capcom's offical style seen in the recent X games as well. I'm not sure how successful I was in this case, but I'm still happy with the results.

Dislikes: For starters, I'm just so tired after doing this, I wish stuff like this didn't take so long. I'm not quite too happy with the background. For starters, I downloaded the blast effect from a website and I would have rather have done something like it on my own, since it'd probably match the drawing a little better. Also, I think I could have done something to make the whole "boss introduction" look I was going for seem more authentic in some way. Just not sure what.
