Splash Woman from Mega Man 9: the very first official female Robot Master ever!. I know a couple of fanboys cried impotent nerd rage tears over the very concept of such a thing at first, but they're stupid anyway. I like Splash Woman mainly because she one of the more original Robot Master designs in Mega Man 9.Okay yes, maybe original is kind of pushing it since there's definitely some inspiration drawn from Leviathan of Mega Man Zero fame, but whatever. Splash Woman's a better design anyway.
