Ill3 assignment, design book cover. I chose the maxx because sam keith rox my sox. It's a spread, with the left side being the back and the right side being the front. Yay. Added a texture to the whole thing, give it more interest, i rather like it. Got it from over this away [link]Related content

Wow. Almost without exception, the junk you find on deviantart either makes you want to kill yourself because you don't want to exist on a planet or in a universe in the presence of such lowlifes who would make such a ting (and watermark it, as if it deserves to be protected, or if anyone would WANT to use it without your permission), or makes you want to kill yourself because it's so good that it is made painfully obvious that you might as well not bother doing anything because anything you do will always be second rate, and anything you make need not bother existing with such superior alternatives around. 99% of it is the first kind. This is the second.
I remember watching Mtv late night in the 90s. I originally tuned in for beavis and butthead, and then watched The Head, which led into The Maxx. The Maxx was one of the greatest things ever. And you have made it really come alive to a level of realism that almost fragments the mind. This is the REAL Australia, heh heh. Awesomeness incarnate.

ill add another great job to the list. the maxx was a sweet show i just started watching it again recently, unfortuantely i believe its another reminder that originality is in the minority when it comes to what people appreciate. but to those that do....well you're awesome or something to that effect

Sam Keith is a master pagesmith, and you have managed very well to capture all that is The Maxx. If I had a hat, I would tip it off for you, bravo and keep it up.

Awesome I hadn't seen the Maxx in years. Good memories, which I find surprising since I was 6 at the time. Since theres a part2 of the comics, I'm hoping they'll do another season.

wonderfully done to an under appreciated comic and cartoon. well, i think it is... it needs more exposure! this is absolutely incredible. you really bring out the beauty of the outback.
