THIS IS supposed to be an Ichthyosaur! I made it this way because in Crystal Palace, they always had crazy eyes, so I made it based offa that. But I also thought it was fun to give the first evo no eyes a la Zubat. Ya don't need eyes when you've got psychic powers!
