Crystalline Neutronium
Crystalline solid “stone-metal” made of neutrons. Normal neutron matter is unstable and diffuse, but with the right techniques such as “gluon fusing” it becomes a nigh-indestructible computing matrix. So called neutronium is the building matter of all Ixa tech including their bodies. Ixa machines can fly unharmed through stars, survive nuclear weapons between their circuits, and to some extent disperse space-time attacks through their crystalline structure. Neutronium can also carry out far more efficient computation than atomic matter due to its high conductivity and packed structure. Many races have some form of neutronium tech, but perhaps none make it in as high purity and ubiquity as the Ixa Alignment.
