You captured his personality wonderfully. Fierce, agile, and hard-headed. XD !! Kick Ass!!!

one thing that really jumps out with this is the mix between the bold tangible and intagible. you've got the wonderfully solid body of the charater admids this hazy, smokey background. the tendrils of energy blazing from his hands leave this wonderfully gaseous trail through the air tracing his motion and there's this great sense of energy to them what with the twining trail of bright colours. you treat both hands very differently though. one is obscured by the milky ball of energy while the other becomes a sharp sillouet, giving your eyes all the more to feast on.
the lighting from above really lends itself to his torerents of spiky hair as the layers go from black to blue. there's also this great sense of the dusty cloud trying to cling to him as he springs forth from it.
