Oh, wow... I love Eureka Seven!! I want to look through your gallery now... this is incredible! Her hair shines look so official, and those glowing eyes give her the "Psychopath-we-all-know-and-love" look. (Although I don't completely get the Eureka Seven plotline, I like watching it for the animation, character designs, emotionalness...)

Ah I guess its what you call this style of colouring where you have flat colours with hardedged shadows and highlights, the kind you see in animated films and tv shows

Great dynamics. Definitely not the usual way you color - but cell shading is faster? Wouldn't it take longer since everything needs to be sharp? Nicely done for something not done much at all :3

Well, everything needing to be sharp didnt really pose a problem, I was using a hardedged brush and at 100% opacity and all. I think the more annoying part was figuring out the shapes of the shadows and highlights and how to pick the overall colours, but the same applies to my normal way of painting so its not much different I guess

I don't know the series or character or whether your char looks like the one from the anime. But I know that I like your pic. Cool perspective/pose and colors. And -as somebody else already said- it really looks like an actual snapshot from the anime. Very well done!
