I would first draw out the lineart on a separate layer, and then making new layers underneath that lineart layer, I'd colour everything flat, and then lock the layer and start adding shadows and highlights.
And this would be done in PSCS2

It's always nice to try new stuff! I really do love the perspective on this one. I'm afraid I can't say that I know the series, but the way you drew the character gives a lot of movement and confidence to her. Everything functions so well in this picture, not just the lineart but the colors as well. Awesome job, it almost makes me feel like I'm looking at a screenshot!

Once again, you've shown your talent for perspectives. Also, the coloring job is great (though I do like your usual style of coloring more then this cel shading). Even the title is fun, especially because it makes you take another look at the picture and go, "Dude. That does look like an anenome".
Wonderful job, and I can't wait for your next piece.

OOooo!
Isn't she that one with the nosebleed towards the end of the episode who clocks that one sergant in the nose? I had a feeling she looked familiar [*brainfart - when I first looked at this I forgot that Eureka had greenish-blue hair instead of pink!

Can't wait to see what the LFO she pilots looks like.

Well, this is pretty good but I'd say that you're better with digital paintings.
But it's nice to do diffirent styles sometimes. ^^
