The weird colors look great, the hair is actually awesome. It looks so flowing at the end without the restrictions that lines seem to give hair at times. The outfit is pretty nice, good job with the chain too. xD Chains are such an ass it's soemthing to compliment when done properly. Overall it's just a nice picture. x3

the blue hightlithing is just so unusual but mkes for a great effect since it's a colour that's normaly incorperated into shadow.
