I love the atmosphere of this picture. The blurred-sense of movement around the edges is a really nice touch! As well as how the background is mostly black, but around the white figure you can see the colors in it, too~

Reminds me of a lot of Japanese things. Lilith from Evangelion, any monster from Shadow Hearts or the Shin Megami series.. Pretty sweet, I can almost imagine it animated with the blurring effect you have.
