Description
This doesn't take place during any episode, but rather between two episodes. In my headcanon, Famous 5s and Boxing Day take place about five days apart, and Five is pretty much traumatised during the former episode, making her too worried to leave the sofa during the latter. What happens between that timeframe? Well, Six decides that he's going out during a mission the day after Famous 5s, and he finds the Puzzler is causing more trouble. So, Six understandably lashes out at the Puzzler, and Four, Five and Three are getting a little worried back at base.Related content

(Just then, Six's buddy blocks arrive at the control room and stand close to Two's buddy blocks.)

Four: What?
Six: When my buddy blocks stand next to Two's buddy blocks, that makes...
Four: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight!

Two: Yes, yes!
Six: Okay, buddies, into the braingain machine.

(The buddy blocks hop into the machine)

Six/Two: Six and two make eight.

(Brain-gain goes flying and made it to Three)

Three: Six and two make eight! (She fires it at Eight's bubble)

Eight: Keep going, Three!

Puzzler: Six and two make eight, indeed, but it's all the ways that you need.
(Back in the control room, One comes in with her block, and Seven shortly follows with her own blocks)
Seven: Oh dear, sorry about the interruption. Our buddy blocks got a bit rambunctious in the gym and raced up here.

Six: Seven! One! Good to see you here!
Four: Eight's been trapped by the Puzzler again!

Seven: Again?! Oh dear. What's the puzzle this time?

Four: We have to find different ways of making eight.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Seven: Okay. Let's see if there's another way.
(One's buddy block jumps on top of Seven's blocks)
One: (Seeing this) Blocks.

Six: That's it!
Four: What?
Six: Seven and one make eight!
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Seven: Oh yes, we used it last time too. Okay, buddies, you go in the machine.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
(Seven and One's buddy blocks hop into the brain-gain)
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Seven/One: Seven and one make eight.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
(The brain-gain is sent and Three receives it)
Three: Seven and one make eight.

(She fired it again)
Puzzler: Ways of adding to eight, you've found three. One more way is needed for Eight to be free.

Three: Any more ideas?

(Just then, Three's and Five's buddy blocks started hopping around the room.)

Four: At least Five's buddy blocks are cheering up.

Six: Wait, stop hopping. I want to check something.
(Three's and Five's buddies stop right next to each other)

Four: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight! Three and five make eight!

Three: Get mine and Five's blocks into the brain-gain machine.

Six: Ok buddy blocks, hop inside the brain-gain.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
(They do so.)
Four: Five and three make eight.

(The brain-gain gets sent and arrives to Three)
Three: Five and three make eight.

(She fires it and Eight's bubble pops.)
Eight: Thanks, Three.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Three: No problem. And by right now, everything should go back to normal.

(Indeed it is. Everything that was made eight went back to it's original number)
Puzzler: Well done, Numberjacks, you cracked my puzzle. So off I go, me and my bubbles.

Eight: Glad that's over.
Six: Come back now!

(Both Three and Eight fly home)
Four: Checking the room... just Jasper.

Three: Those soft toys were adorable.
