If I'm not wrong, it's the anatomy. The waist is off and a little too thin, and her right arm where she has it up. It looks a little off...
But overall, it's a really cool picture with a lot of characters to it. It's almost screaming for attention with its colour and style. But I think it look definitely look much better and cooler if you adjust the drawing a bit. And I'm sure you can do it 'cause I've seen your amazing work before.

If by errors you mean that her right breast a significantly larger than her left, than yet. Otherwise, this is striking! Very well done. Needs some sharpening (if you are not looking for this unfocused, blurry effect) but your attention to detail makes this killer. I'm not usually one for anime, but this doesn't seem to take on a lot of the ridiculous characteristics that anime art typically has.
