Wiggum definitely would work better than Barney and does. Barney is more of a drinker than an eater, and Majin Buu is an eater that ussually desires sweets transformed by living creatures. That role would most likely find its conclusion to the fat, donut eating Wiggum, and the M on Majin Buu's belt could be interpreted as a W.
