I was overdue for some more Touhou work.This victim is Tenshin Hinanai from Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, where she was the final boss. Apparently, she got bored hanging out in Heaven and decided to make a mess to get some excitement. Iku Nague mentioned that she was going to have to punish her for that, so here's one possible way she could have done so.
