Stand-in Chapter Four 83SKILLET - MONSTER (Metal Cover) by Caleb Hyles and Jonathan Young
This is a song I’m recently obsessed (the original song is already mental. However, there is never enough metal.)
It’s not necessarily related to the current plot, but it could still be a reflection of Chara in some way in my opinion.
I just love it and want to brainwash everyone anyway. Enjoy.

I'm crying. I'm not proud of it, but I also don't care.
Frisk just wants Chara happy. And it seems that she is even willing to sacrifice herself and what she has in order to do so. That's very noble and selfless of her.

Frisk and Chara are actually very alike in some way. They both have the great determination of achieving their goals.
But then they somehow changed the motivation of what they are doing. Chara's issue has been told now. Only Frisk's one is left (will be in CH5)
And no worries. I am a crybaby myself and there's no one can win over me(?)

They are alike. And it's nice to see how that helps work both for and against them in the story. Because Frisk just wants Chara to know she understands. Chara thinks he can use that as a means of manipulation and with his DT being fueled with anger and hate he thinks he's got this in the bag. After all, it takes a lot to be forgiving, it wears on people, and sometimes they can't take it. Frisk however can. And will.
So their push and pull has been weaving this wonderful conflict while they try and keep it hidden. Others are trying to see in but keep getting distracted and this allows for such wonderful moments like this to come to a head as we progress~
I'm looking forward to and dreading Frisk's issue being brought up. But it's something that has to be addressed. Otherwise she won't ever heal from it. So I'm ready to bunker down and I've got some tissue boxes stored up... because I'm 100% I'll need them. (thank you so much for this story~)

In fact, I do believe what you said is just what these two human characters are designed for in the game. It's fundamentally our (the player's) choice to make. That's how Toby uses video game's interactivity to connect our characteristics in reality.

Frisk is my love and I'm kinda jealous of Sans as well. But not entirely since Sans is actually a part of me(?)
(Someday I would probably disclose the connection between these three characters and me. But I will leave this decision after finishing the comic at least)

This is probably one of the heaviest Undertale related stories I've ever read. And Frisk isn't afraid of bringing it up to Chara, but Chara is still afraid of that part of themselves: the part that shows that even they aren't spared from acting the nature of a bad person.
But at the same time, Frisk is giving them a small but powerful choice: to start to change themselves for the better.
A chance of forgiveness in exchange for a forgiveness.
And I think that's a very message to anyone.
