Description
As this gallery approaches its 3-year aniversary, it is time for the traditional reflection upon the previous year. A time when I go through my old sketchbooks and look at all the drawings that didn't get posted in the gallery. Most failed drawings obviously failed for good reason, but there are a few that, despite their artistic or thematic shortcomings, still deserve to be shared. And it will be these drawings that will be featured in this: my third annual sketchdump!

And now for this third day of my sketchdump, I move back to the my signature setting of Vistallah!

Anyways, here's a fur trapper who has startled a worker Sprite. Had this been finished, it would have been the first of a series. The worker Sprite would have brought some warrior Sprites to see the trapper, and those warriors would have in turn brought the trapper to see the queen Sprite. A succession from normal size, to double sized, to giant sized....

...I think a big part of why that never happened is because I wasn't real happy with the Sprite's design. Insect girls are hard to draw well.
