We were almost home! It has been a very long, hour trip from the job down in Old Lyme. We crept home via I-95 and then slid up Interstate 395. We were on the back roads, finally, and I could relax enough to pull out the camera. But, wait! Doesn't it all look better in retrospect? What a beautiful day it was afterall, a part of God's design!Related content

We drove 980 miles from Tampa Florida to Houston Texas in one day. We got up at 5:30 am and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and drove and finally got home at 10:30 pm Florida time (9:30 Texas time).
My advice is DONT do that. My husband and son wanted to do it. I did NOT.
