This is a very very beautiful picture. the feeling is very well captured.

i sat here and just looked at it for ten minutes and fell in love
its the lighting from the one side and the paintbrush sitting on the tray of the easel that does me in.
and what i absolutely love - how the little girl in the painting (i think its a painting) is pointing up and the line of the light is almost perfect with her arm - its like she is warning the artist who was there to beware of what was casting the light / shadows behind
