Greetings once again and so sorry to keep everyone waiting. Here we come to the first completed pic of my birthday week series. Granted, it's late in the week, but now that the pencil work and scans are completed, the rest of my pictures should hopefully follow in short order over the course of the weekend.This first pic comes to us, courtesy of a request from , who came up with a Kim Possible character that she would like to see appear in my fanfics. This girl has an interesting personality in that she has a passion for punk/grunge/heavy metal, but at the same time, is shy, a homebody and somewhat of a bookworm. She also came up with the girl's basic design, although I clearly threw in a few of my own thoughts. The corset, dyed hair and boots do stick with the punk theme, while at the same time, giving her a somewhat goth look as well. Her name is Emma (after ) and I gave her the last name, "Metallic" (yes, it is a real last name, I've checked). That, combined with her interests, has resulted in her getting the nickname "Emmy Metal".
This pic was also a good excuse to give Kim and Ron some more face time in my artwork, particularly to road test an improved look I'd been envisioning for Ron. But obviously, the star of this pic is Emma, herself. So everyone enjoy. , I hope this was worth the wait for you.
Oh, and if anyone has any kind of fanfic idea that can introduce Emma to my Kim Possible series, please feel free to toss it my way.

Believe me, I'm taking it as a compliment. Of course, the one requirement when you're making a KP girl is that she obviously has to be smoking hot. That's kind of why I used Bonnie as an overall template for her physical traits, because you REALLY can't go wrong with a body like that.

Well, Monique and Bonnie are actually pretty similar in terms of body type, but...
AS for talking about cartoon girls in such a capacity, well, believe me, this little conversation is pretty tame compared to what a lot of people out there would say.

Well, picture-wise, I can't really say, for certain. It's kind of up in the air right now. However, if someone can give me a good idea to introduce her, you might see her appear in my KP fanfic series, which might result in more pics of her.

Well, like I said, came up with this character and actually wanted to see if I would write her into my Kim Possible series. And I don't really have a problem with that. It's just that I simply can't come up with an idea to introduce her. So if anyone else can help me/us come up with an idea, I say, more power to them.

Never seen a character like her on the series. Then again, never heard of a Punk Goth before either. In any case, if that's the way her creator wanted her depicted, I say you did a swell job. Also, I can't help but notice Ron's sporting a new look. Gotta say, the only vest I've ever seen him sporting is a Smarty Mart vest.

Well, if someone can come up with a fanfic idea to put her in, she'll definitely get the chance to become very well-rounded as a character. As for her look, yeah, she gave me a lot of the basic ideas she wanted to see and I just put them together to make the rest. She would definitely make for a unique character, though, since like you say, the series never really saw someone like her.
As for Ron's look, I wouldn't call it so much of a new look as much as it's a simple tweak. Because see, that's really the thing about Ron. It's not so much giving his look a complete overhaul as it is about giving him that one thing that kind of accents what's already there. With his mission clothes, I did it by giving him the jacket you see him in. In this case, I simply made one little change to his general wardrobe. If you notice, he's still got the turtleneck, the cargo pants, the running shoes, all that. But this time, instead of smothering him underneath that bulky sports jersey he's always got, I switched it out for a vest because it followed the same logic as his mission jacket. Since Ron isn't a broad-shouldered guy, this just kind of accentuates him and kind of makes him look more evened out. All in all, I'd say it works.

You know, upon closer look, I noticed that Kim is wearing a pendant, which I'm guessing is the half the heart pendant she shares with Ron. That little detail must've been a little tricky.

Ah yes, I was wondering who'd be the first to notice. Yes, she is wearing the half-heart pendant that she shares with Ron (for the record, Ron's wearing his, too, you just can't see it). As for drawing it, well, it really wasn't all that hard to do. The pencil stage was relatively easy, plus, when I'm doing the hard lines and color, I expand the image to pixels and get it finished before I shrink it down to the presentation size. That's what helps me really get in there and work those really fine details.

Nice to see an overconfident She-go try to take advantage of Emmy, only to find herself on the end of a beating, from which Shego must make a hasty retreat.

Well, I don't recall mentioning Shego in this pic. If you're referring to the green-and-white in Emma's design, that was actually 's suggestion. Like I said, she made a lot of the suggestions for the basic overall look.
