hm... I'm sorry, I'am from germany but I try to explain how to save:
(my english vocabulary is very limited XD)

1.Press the Print Button on your Keyboard. 2.Then open paint and press CTRL + V.

Now you can safe.
(I hope I explained it understandable xD)
