Apple Bloom's name is spelled as "Applebloom" in the credits of Equestria Games  and sometimes in IDW comics  and as "AppleBloom" in the credits ofJust for Sidekicks .

I don't see how that affects much of anything. The show is known for misspelling a thing or two all the time. But since it is spelled Apple Bloom roughly 98% of the time across all official media, it is safe to assume that this is how the name should be spelled. The Wiki page you linked to even has it spelled like that.
