Bio: Visp is a Vaporeon with Vitiligo (Loss in pigmentation in skin) and is slowing going white, and have two colored eyes. When they evolved they did not stay fully shiny and parts of her are still blue. She looks and acts tough sometimes but she is really kind, and sweet willing to help you, and or prefer to chill in the water and sleep. She is known to be good at using weapons such as Swords, bows, and knifes. She mainly uses the weapons only as self defense and or to show off. She likes the rain and will be seen mostly in water.
She has all the scars cause of the 2nd leader of the deep Shrins, Shrins is her sworn enemy and they have battle constantly ending in a draw with both of them covered in scars. Most of the scars heal and go away and only the deep ones remain. Shrins is a Sharkpedo
