Another one of Mr. Match's gang of Neo-Battlizers. No other Battlizer is more hell bent on crushing their enemioes than Wave Man, combat is like a sport to him and he'll do anything it takes to win no matter how underhanded it may seem, he has no shame.

For the most part I gave him arms much like that of the G1 Decepticon Rumble, it actually fits the character's design quite well I'd say.
