Strengths:
-Color contrast. I like the contrast between the model's red hair and the blue accents.
-I like how the blue varies in saturation near her ear.
-Your photo effects made it look like a surreal painting.
Room for improvement:
-You may have done too many photo effects. The farther you get from the original source, the more artificial a piece of art looks.
-You could have added some color to the jewels on the earring. Like making some of the small gems blue to complement the blue on her face.
-I was a bit confused by what the blue was meant to signify. The title made me think she has blue blood on her face. Or is it supposed to be her veins under her skin? Or is she an obsessed artist who has accidentally smudged her face with paint in the fervor of her artistic passion? Or something else, or am I over thinking this? (I'm probably over thinking this.)
Overall, very haunting and beautiful.
