Starcraft is a Warhammer 40K rip off. Now don't get me wrong, I like Starcraft but is a fact that Warhammer 40K came out ten years before Starcraft and is pretty obvious that Starcraft is a Warhammer 40K rip off. However it is also a fact that Starcraft is perhaps the best, most fun RTS game ever made.
