In general I like the picture. I particularly like the 5th element reference. A similar one with the head at a slight side angle favoring the right side of the head might have been a more dynamic image however.
As it is the focus is drawn to the eyes immediately because of the contrast between light and dark in the eyes. Don't get me wrong, the overall effect is stunning, and I really enjoy the haircut. What I am saying is that while it is good it could still be better.
