James pulled into the station and started complaining.
"I don't mind the extra passenger trains but these coaches colors are hideous! That ruddy TV show makes us look like the LNER!"
Thomas said nothing but listened in bemused silence.

"Furthermore, we're overworked to the point that engines are leaving their designated areas like escaped animals!" Thomas then heard Mavis approaching, due to Toby being rostered for passenger trains she was going down more often and causing trouble due to inexperience.
Then Thomas said "And not running regular express trains, how terrible it must be for you!"
James looked happy until he saw Bear pass with the Sudrian.

Thomas was not imaginative but he swore he heard James shake in fury.
He looked at Mavis and said "I think he's mad."
The little diesel burst out laughing as she passed and James stormed away.
